Excited about this unique concept, the owner's journey to vegetarianism inspired a food truck that caters to both meat eaters and vegans. Offering options like a soy protein beef burrito and a vegan chicken sandwich alongside traditional meat dishes like a bacon burrito and burger. I had the chance to try their flavorful falafel, sweet corn fritter, and vegan "beef" burrito with pineapple salsa, daiya cheese, black beans, and spinach in a soft tortilla. Based in Ashburn, VA, they were at 7 Locks brewery in Rockville, MD on a Friday, providing excellent customer service.
