This food truck has become a favorite since my move from Chicago, especially for its authentic Mexican cuisine. The tacos are incredibly flavorful, and I love that they're made to order, served with fresh ingredients like cilantro and onions. The Wednesday special, where tacos are only $1 each, keeps me coming back regularly for more delicious options.
