Would give 1 start if possible.Okay I wasn't going to put the name of the restaurant up I was hoping to get it resolved without doing so or filing a dispute with the bank. But nope not even with or off I was over charged for 47$ and they have the signed ticket for 39$ they would not refund the difference and there was 10$ left on the table for a tip. No signs up anywhere about gratuity being added or anything like that.either and as much as we eat out and like Mexican well they have lost our business and if you eat there do not pay with a card and make sure you check your bank not the receipt before you leave the store...El Charritos in Norton is committing credit card fraud probably on a daily basis. I have eaten here many times with the same card and never had a hold this much. And no I'm not looking for a free meal I just want the balance refunded.

Update:

They are trying to say that the text I showed them showed the balance of 36 and I was trying to say that was charge...Which would have 1. made no sense as that was cheaper than my charge. 2. it clearly states that the amount from them is 47.12
