WARNING!! WARNING!! WARNING!! STOP WAIT DON'T GO HERE!!! I decided to take my family and friends here for dinner. This place is awful! I mean awful! Very sorry and poor customer service. I'm black and really hate to make everything about race. Anyway when we first walked in the door people was looking at us like we was going to stick the place up. You pay for your meal and drink first. Which is not a problem at all but the server run you down for the receipt like the mafia trying to collect a payment. When she just stood there and watched me pay for everyone in our group. Our server seemed upset that she had to serve us. I asked her was everything ok and she just left and a guy started serving us. The utensils felt sticky and dirty and when we asked for new ones we got major attitude about it. The whole time we felt rushed and unwanted. Just very uncomfortable. We stayed cause the kids wanted all you can eat and this was the nearest place cause we was coming from ultrazone (lasertag) around the corner. The food was horrible! Not many selections compared to most all you can eat buffets. The hot food was overcooked, cold, hard and dry, the lettuce on the salad bar was old and turning brown, the raw food at the hibachi looked like it had been there for months, the rice on the sushi was hard, none of the food was seasoned or flavored which was crazy to me cause Asian food is really good and packed with flavor. Anyway we love Asian cuisine and tried to give this place a chance but it was just bad all around the board. So we decided to leave. We didn't want our money back or anything we was just ready to go. We was there no more than 30 mins and when we was leaving out the server had the audacity to come to me and say you didn't tip. He said the tip is not included in the price. I laughed so hard and told him here's a tip start all over and try again. This place is really pathetic. I thought I was being pranked. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody. I don't know what some of these other raters are talking about cause this place is absolutely horrible! Maybe they don't know quality cause this is not it. -5 stars for me.
