Great, a real gem.!

Came forbi a Sunday lunch, server did not know any food on the menu, food was not as pictured. Chef did not know how to make Gen Tso's chicken, he had a gooey red starchy sauce oozing on the plate, their veggie lomein had spattering of slivered onions, leeks, and a few carrots. Bathroom had no basic paper products and need a major renovation. And surprise, there was a dingy weighing scale at the entrance of the restaurant!
