They r very friendly n d food is nice n hot wen they give it to u n I'm glad they sal d coconut shrimps I appreciate u all for that they b on point I also love d seafood pies wit d seafood egg rolls

Ordered suishi cali roll and crab roll. Mushy chunks of avacado and barely any imitation crabmeat. Fried flounder dry and overcooked. Shrimp fried rice and chicken noodle were mushy and flavorless. Price online was different than at checkout. The horrible cost was $60 for lunch for 3 people. Do not recommend.

Kiki's Grill is one of my favorite family owned takeout restaurants. They always gave us good service and good quality tasty foods at a fair price. When we want sushi and hibachi dish, we only have to go to Franklin to get it. Kiki's Grill is a gem in the area. Thank you to the lovely husband and wife team for their services to my family always. I have been living in Franklin for 5 years and I've been missing out. This place is my favorite restaurant in Franklin because it's different from the average options that other restaurants have to offer. Their food is absolutely delish and fulfilling for a fair price. I normally have enough for dinner then lunch the next day.

Been going here since they first opened. Even when they were closed, my call still went to their personal & the owner still went to the store to make my food. I was also pregnant at the time so that should tell you how AMAZING these people are. They even remembered my order everytime I went in. Amazing food as well!

The lady at the register was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable with me while I tried to make my decision on what to order; and didn't rush me at all. Very AWESOME and AMAZING customer service!!!!
