Been standing at the counter for ten minutes to order with three people in line behind me. A man just came in to get his drive thru order that was supposed to be done in 5 minutes and it had been 20 minutes. There are 5 people working, 2 of which are managers. The guy cooking is working. The rest just look like there milling around lost somewhere doing nothing. It's ridiculous. I won't come here again and I don't recommend anyone else to either.
