This is the fourth time I order hardshell beef tacos to go only to find some filled with lettuce and hardly any meat or cheese and some practically empty and only the meat with a few strands of lettuce. I have had to add my own shredded cheese to them. The first 2 times I talked to the owner each time and the following orders afterwards have been great. Then a third time hardly any lettuce in some and hardly any cheese in them and I added the shredded cheese myself when I got home. The third time I figured it was because they were busy and I didnt call to talk to the owner. Still no excuse really as food should come out the way it should be. This time I ordered the hard shell tacos at about 5:30pm. I was told that they will be ready in 10 minutes. There were 3 tables of people eating at the time and not busy. Got home and some tacos hardly any filling and no cheese. I used to be in the restaurant business and owned and managed 5 locations of italian restaurants so I know the challenges that owners are faced in running a business. I have never posted a review on any restaurant until now. I ordered weekly from this establishment and never again
