One of the worst experiences ever. Don't be a patron here. I went through the Drive Thru this past Thursday at 9:05 a.m. on the way to my private practice. It was not busy, and no one in front of me. I only ordered a tea. I was left sitting at the window for a long time, while the three employees inside joked and frolicked. One appeared to be a manager. She was the one who looked my way and said loudly "look at her face" with all three laughing. When the worker finally gave me my tea which had been sitting in the window, the manager said "she still has that face." The one handing me the tea said "I know it is funny." I then replied to her "I am glad I am funny." No one apologized for letting me wait and for their unprofessional and bullying conduct. I have tried to reach out to the manager at Bojangle's via leaving phone messages, calling a regional bojangle's number and writing reviews like this one, but no response. I will no longer support a business that makes fun of their patrons.
