The service was fine, but the meat was terrible. The servings from the "Full-experience" were definitely deoxygenated and the medium rare cuts had a brown-purple hue instead of that freshly packed red. I was chewy and seasoned extremely poorly. I won't accuse them of serving frozen meat, but the taste was similar to purchasing a steak at the supermarket and waiting three days to actually prepare it. For the $300 we spent, I wish I had gone to Texas de Brazil. It was really disappointing given the nicer experiences I had at the San Antonio and Kansas City locations.
