Stepping inside the cozy downtown storefront, I was immediately transported to a charming French bistro, complete with brick walls, low ceilings, and a continuous French soundtrack that set the perfect ambiance. The meal unfolded beautifully, from the sublime carrot ginger and unforgettable French onion soups to expertly prepared entrees like lamb, liver, and beef, each bursting with authentic flavors and accompanied by delicate, classic desserts such as crí¨me brí»lí©e and chocolate mousse. The attentive service, often managed single-handedly by the owner, added a warm, personal touch that made the evening feel intimate and truly special.
