The company I work for has been ordering lunch form this Chinese spot for years. The food is awesome but the customer service is horrible! On several occasions we've asked to speak to management and the young man answering the phone and taking the orders refuses to put us through. The same guy answering the phone is also the delivery driver. Today when delivering our orders he led the lady at the front desk to believe there wasn't enough money to cover the order. Not only was he unpleasant he took the money from this lady after her offering to give him more knowing there WAS already enough to cover the charge! Very upset with the customer service and the attitude this young man has. Due to the problems we consistently have when ordering we have chosen to take our business elsewhere.
