Friday night brought the familiar buzz of a lively sports bar, where the aroma of fried pickles and boneless wings filled the air. Amid the steady hum of conversations and clinking glasses, a young hostess named Victoria quietly went beyond her duties, ensuring our needs were met despite a long wait and initial inattentiveness. The evening unfolded with great food, attentive service, and a warm atmosphere that made the time spent feel effortlessly enjoyable.

I highly recommend Kickback Jack's for a fun night out with great food and service. Despite a bit of a wait initially, our waitress was attentive and the boneless wings and cheese fries were delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I look forward to visiting again soon.

We came to Kickback for a Birthday dinner, had to drive 1 hour, no one could tell us a wait time b/c she said the game was on. After about 45 mins we were called and it took our waitress 20 mins to bring our drinks, then the apps come no plates no napkins, when we asked for them she brings them after almost all the apps were gone. There was a table in front on us that came about 25 mins after us but was receiving their food, which we ordered way before them. When we finally get our food it is COLD, and they give me chips for French fries, when the manager came over the only thing he could say was do you want me to get you a new plates Yes the New plate took all of 2 mins after we waited 1 hour plus for the food the first time that was still cold but no one came over her, or the manager. When I told her to comp my meal she said he already did. She brings the receipt and has charged me 2 times for my meal and took off 1 if them after another 10 plus mintues she come back and I call it to her attention she took it back and after another 10 plus minutes she comes back. They never apologize. I never leave reviews but this was one bad experience
