I agree with others experiences at this location. Go somewhere else!!! It use to be okay prior to COVID, but only okay. Supposedly the drive thru is open, but they will totally ignore you. Even going in you never know what service you will get. These people do not want to be at work, that is extremely obvious. How they keep their jobs no idea! Go somewhere else to eat....when we pay to eat out good service should accompany it!!

We go to the Loves/Arbys frequently and enjoy it.

Avoid this arby's at all cost. The drive thru service can't even be called a service, considering they don't even acknowledge you through the intercom, instead they look out the window and ignore you're there. This place is a joke. Save your money (this establishment doesn't seem to want it, obviously) and go across the street to either the Subway, or the Burger King. You'll be taken care of better.
