I was very disappointed with this Arby's. Last Friday at lunch time, my husband and I had to wait around 12 - 15 minutes, in a not so clean restaurant, for VERY punny sliders; nothing like the pictures! AND they did not even get our order correct...they did not put the right number of sliders on the order. I know now that we should have looked at the window that shows what we ordered, but just thought that they did understand what we said. This is not so much of a complaint, but a chance for improvement for a WONDERFUL restaurant chain!
