Mediocre food. Go to a seafood shop, buy your seafood and cook it at home. No matter what your culinary skills are, the food will taste ten times better. This restaurant is a relic of the 60's or 70's. Richmond has many restaurants that serve seafood which are class A. If you prefer this type of preparation of seafood, save some money and go to Captain D's.
