My friend and I dined at Chen's on a quiet weekday afternoon, where we were quickly welcomed and served. While the chips didn't impress me and the pork dumplings fell short of my expectations, the orange chicken and fried rice were nothing short of spectacular, leaving me eager to savor even the leftovers later.
