Went into restaurant and order takeout to take home to Augusta wv I order fajitas with extra chicken and shrimp no onions I was told it comes the way it is take it or leave it I explained i had a food allergy so the said OK so my order was suppose to have no onions by the time I get home take out my order and it has tons of onions when I call chili's I ask for the manger . Devon the manger gets on phone with a nasty attitude I tell her the problem and she said orders come as they are we don't make any accommodations for any customers even when requested are people with food allergies. I have never been treated this poorly
At any chili's and never had this problem so now I have no dinner and she didn't even offer to make it right
