I have frequented this establishment for quite some time and can attest to their consistent quality. The dishes are made with super fresh ingredients, resulting in food that is not overly greasy and vegetables that maintain their crispness. I particularly enjoy the brown sauce option for a nice kick without excessive sweetness, showcasing their willingness to accommodate special requests and customize dishes. The soups, especially the egg drop and hot and sour varieties, are delicious and highly recommended for a flavorful experience.
