After passing by the Onancock Deli, a lunch counter inside a laundromat with its own rear entrance, for over a month and finally trying their cheesesteak special with fresh-cut fries, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavorful, well-filled sandwich and satisfying meal, despite finding the price a bit steep and encountering a small piece of gristle.

Hey, have you checked out the deli inside the laundry mat on the corner? It's kind of hidden, but once you find it, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the lunch counter offerings they have - from tasty cheesesteaks to filling burgers and subs. The food is good and the portions are generous, but the prices might be a bit steep for a regular lunch spot.
