I recently tried the lean brisket Pho and summer Rolls at a new Vietnamese restaurant in Ashburn and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and portion size. The broth of the Pho Ha Noi was particularly delicious, and the chicken wings appetizer was also a hit. Despite the underwhelming ambience, the impeccable cleanliness and outstanding broth make this place a must-visit for Pho lovers like me.
