The atmosphere at Rosa's leaves a bit to be desired, and the service can be hit or miss, but the food more than makes up for it with huge portions and fantastic flavors. I had the baked spaghetti with mushrooms, and my kids ordered a sub and meat lovers spaghetti, and we all enjoyed every bite, especially the bread and zucchini fries. Despite some outdated decor and a few rough edges, this place serves some of the best Italian food and real pizza in Powhatan, and it's clear they put their heart into the cooking.

The atmosphere wasn't the best and the service was just okay, but the food at Rosa's was delicious and the portions were huge. Meeting my kid at a halfway point for dinner led us to this unexpected gem where we enjoyed flavorful dishes and a relaxed dining experience.

Friendly staff, good food at fair pricing. They readily accommodate special requests on content and presentation of menu items.

This is third review I have written. This place is bad, unless you like slow service and hair inside you pizza. No offer to make situation right when I paid. Will not return, we live and support local businesses nut will not return here. Will also discourage any family or friends also.
