After finally trying this seafood joint, I found the scallops a bit of a letdown, but the shrimp, oyster soup, fries, and slaw totally made up for it with generous portions and fresh flavors. The staff's southern hospitality shines through, making it clear why this local favorite draws crowds and keeps folks coming back for everything from dine-in meals to fresh seafood to cook at home.

I had been eager to try this place for a while, and I must say, it was just okay. The scallops were disappointing, but the shrimp, oyster soup, fries, and slaw were all great. The staff was very friendly, and despite the seafood platter being too much for me, the fresh fried oysters were absolutely delicious.
