We came in the other morning and had an absolutely terrible experience. The young server we had was extremely rude. I ordered a iced caramel macchiato and my spouse ordered a hot (and he did specify HOT) Chai latte. When we got our drinks, he got an iced chai and I got a drink that was clearly a mocha (you could even visibly see the chocolate syrup). I informed the waitress that it did not taste right, that I ordered a caramel macchiato and that this drink clearly had chocolate syrup. She then tried to first gaslight me by saying she made the drink and could insure me that it was caramel. But offered 0 help to rectify, until I physically moved the drink away from myself after she finished helping another table finally asked if she could remake the drink. What she then brought me a an extremely petty large amount of chocolate syrup in it that it tasted like the worst chocolate milk you could have ever tasted in your entire life. And it was so obviously the wrong drink from what I had ordered that even the ladle at the table across from us broke out laughing and said she hopes she doesn't mess up her drink because that's definitely chocolate. The drink was absolutely disgusting. She asked if it was right when she came back out with our food and I said No, to which she physically and verbally scoffed so I said it was ok I absolutely will not ask her to make it again. And on top of all of that my biscuits and gravy was cold.
I just want to help, so if you keep her on after her horrendous customer service, here is what a iced caramel macchiato is, because she clearly had no idea.
