So I placed two orders at the site on Monarch Way via Uber Eats with the intention of bringing your cookies into the office the following day for the employees.  Order one was placed on Sunday night listed below.  When the driver arrived to pick up they told them they could not do an order this large.  They had the driver call me and said the order was too big....27 cookies.  Really, this is too big for an order. I understand if they needed more time but this was not asked.  They had him call me and I personally have to have ubereats cancel the order.   The following day, I decided I would give them more time for the order and once again attempted to placed an order (also listed below).  This time since I ordered around lunchtime for  9 pm Uber Eats delivery, I figured it would give plenty of time for them to prep for the order, so I ordered about 50 total cookies.  Imagine my surprise when I got an order cancellation around 830pm.  I never received a call from anyone at the store on either order as to why they could not fulfill my order.  Pretty shocking this happened not once, but twice.  How does this site manage to stay open if they can not fulfill 2 dozen cookies?   Secondly, not have the common courtesy to call and inform the customer as to why.  I have had the cookies before and they are great.  However, after this experience, it is doubtful they will ever be called again.

Drove from VA Beach to pick up these delicious cookies for my friend for her Birthday.She will not be disappointed She will want me to come back Yummy Yummy yummy for our tummies

Spent 25 dollars and the manger of the store had the nastiest attitude ever I will not be back ever and the cookies wasn’t even good
