I readily admit that I should have put the same effort when I was pleased that I am in complaining
Went to the Hampton location for the 1st time last week. Had a NC bbq sandwich combo. With exception to no NC bbq sauce was in the bag as ordered, my meal was fantastic. I also ordered and extra pint of bbq and I received packed container of some of the best bbq I’ve had in years.
Was so good in fact that I returned today and ordered 2 pints NC bbq, pint o slaw, pint of NC bbq sauce, French fries and a root beer.
Dug out the fries for the drive, but they were closer to cool than luke warm.
Got home to find the two pints only LOOSELY filled to about half inch from the lid. To top that the ‘Q’ is dry. Tasty, but not even close to last week. Thank God I got sauce this week.

Well the root beer was just as good as last week. Prolly won’t have a hankering to go again next week, but I’ll go back again - sometime
