This place is extremely poorly managed. At the front desk you’ll find only untrained and unprofessional young people that don’t even know what they are supposed to do. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 toddlers. We are arrived and we were asked to complete the waiver. While we were in line to pay, the kids tried to get in because wanted to play, they let them pass along with a parent (NO ONE ASKED FOR THE PASS AS WE WERE ALREADY PAYING). The first one of us pay the ticket, and RIGHT AFTER, I am paying but I was told there were not table available anymore. We tell them the the rest of our party is inside along with OUR KID, and no one asked for a table to our friend, she was just allowed to pay and get in without further questions. We waited for the manager for about 10 mins, Ms. Amber, which was only able to refund my friend money. All of this while we had to take the kids out from the play area, crying of course, because they first were allowed to enter and then had to leave. Drove 30 minutes to go in a place with absolutely no organization or manners.
