My son and I were visiting and we wanted to sit outside in the deck area to enjoy the beautiful weather; however, the receptionist informed us that we had to wait thirty minutes for a shift change. The outside deck area should be opened at all times during peak season and ready for business. Needless to say I was disappointed and left. We ended up going to The Pier Cafe in Virginia Beach and had a wonderful time sitting on the pier eating some oysters on the half shell.
