We've been eating at Roosters since they opened. The food is delicious, but most importantly Mr. "V" is the most caring, kind soul we've met who runs a restaurant. He has always treated us like family . His staff works very hard to accommodate all patrons. His wife Rena was a wonderful young woman. We shall continue to visit regularly.

As far as I'm concerned it's the best breakfast I've ever had in Virginia Beach so far as I have been to several resterants!

Don’t patronage this place they will steal from you! I ordered from this place and notice the amount was extremely high so when I asked about the amount and found out gratuity was added without my permission and the excuse was we work hard for what we do. As a customer it’s my choice to decide if I wanna leave a tip don’t just steal from me!
