I have not had the food here. I called to put in a order and the female that answered the phone was rude as hell. Just nasty for no reason.

The food is great except when my son ordered the flounder sandwich. I asked for my catfish to be fried hard I like mine like that, My son did not want his flounder fried that way. They friend his hard anyway and he did not like his. I like my food and especially the fried crabs. The customer service is terrible the owner is very rude and mean.

Everything was so greasy and fried so I didn't even know what I was eating. I did have soft shell crabs and there is nothing worse then more breading than crab. I'm right around the corner and I'm not going back. I hope they replaced the window that had a bullet hole in it

I will not be going back to this place. Ordered food from here last night and once I got home I realized that there was food missing(I do not live near the restaurant but I liked their food the last few times so, I took the trip to treat my family). I called the number on the receipt, but they had closed by that time so, I left a message. I reached out to to them this morning to speak with management andI kindly explained what happened. I was yelled at and hung up on by them. I feel the situation could've been handled better. She told me to come back with the receipt and I asked are they going to make the missing item over or just compensate me and she began yelling as if IM the one that messed up. I just wanted to know what they were going to do. NOTE TO COMPANIES: CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONES WHO ALLOW YOUR BUSINESS TO RUN.

Owners are rude and cannot take criticism well. I called to tell them my food was good except my calamari. They overcooked it so bad it was not edible. They need to work on customer service and learn to cook calamari. They use there bare hands to make food and not wearing gloves as they need to it's a health violation. Terrible service terrible overcooked greasy calamari I will carry my money to Shrimp Shack atleast they take pride in their food.

This place has the worst customer service ever!!!!! Most time their food is good but last night I ordered two pieces of catfish a half a dozen large fried shrimp and two orders of clam strips. The catfish the shrimp and the clam strips were so overcooked they were not edible so I called but they wouldn't answer the phone. I didn't want to drive down there if they weren't going to be there ( my daughter went and got them for me about 8:40). So I just called and told her about my order and that I have all the food still and nothing has been eaten(other than the bite of catfish the two shrimp and one clam strip, I wanted to eat something, but couldn't eat any of the over cooked food they gave me)I would bring it back up there and I asked her if she would replace it. This woman goes off on a rage and says I should have brought it in right away it's over night there's nothing that she can do! How can I bring it back if you're closed???? I will never go there again!!!!!!!

Excellent
