I have been a loyal fan of Frank's for many years and recently discovered their new location in the shopping center with Food Lion. Upon finding them, I immediately felt at home. Their Stromboli is hands down the best in Hampton Roads, complemented by their delicious pizza. The attentive and courteous wait staff add to the pleasant dining experience in a clean and welcoming environment.
