We were seated and given menus. We asked for water right away as one member of our party had to take some medicine. The water never came, but our waitress did come by a few times to let us know that she'd be right with us, There were empty tables, and others were seated and had their orders taken while we sat and waited. Finally after about 20 minutes we got up and left. On the way out we stopped to tell the hostess why we were leaving but she didn't seem too concerned. The only person who even seemed to care was the parking attendant, who apologised.
