This restaurant has terrible customer service. The biggest problem was that they accused me of lying when I complained about their food and refused to give me a full refund when I returned it to them.

The first problem that I had was that the food was delivered over an hour after I ordered it, and the restaurant is about 5 minutes away. The second is that the food that we ordered was not prepared as we ordered it. The third is that the broccoli was as cold as if it had just come out of the refrigerator while the rest of the food was barely still hot at all. The fourth is that when I called the place to tell them that the order was wrong, the woman who answered accused me of lying to her. I told her the food was cold, and she told me that it wasn't. I repeated that it was, and she said "You just don't like the food. Sometimes customers say the food is cold because they just don't like it." The fifth is that when I asked for my money back and brought the food back to the place, I had to argue with them for over 15 minutes before they decided to give me *part* of the money back. It wasn't a good experience, and they had horrible customer service.
