Mike Novak, owner of New York Pizza & Bar (NY Holding LLC) located in Bellingham, WA and Lynden, WA is a fraudulent criminal. Search the Bellingham Business Journal and he has more than $71,000 in tax liens dating back to Dec. 2010. He opened a second location of New York Pizza & Bar in Seattle, WA and paid his staff with checks that had insufficient funds.
