really bad unprofessional service, rude.
Would give 0 rating or stars if possible. We arrived, seated, and everything was fine until we had to wait a while for 2 burgers. The place was busy but not crowded. I ordered a veggie burger and it didn't come after almost 45 min but my husband's burger came but mine was mistaken so instead of a veggie a regular one came. I noticed the wait staff was unusually stressed (just sensed this from being there) so I went up to our server who was a skilly blond lady and told her nicely that we can't wait for my veggie burger so we had to go so no need for it. She said she would check on it and come back. She came back with a really bad attitude. She made a mistake, no biggy, but she had a really unprofessional attitude about it. I told her attitude was so bad, that is all I said. WOW. She must have gone to the backroom and told we were "abusing" her. She came back with some dude from the back who told me to be quiet. My husband and I were like What? He brings me a box of a burger which I passed to my husband and slipped and fell. This place is tense. She tells us "don't ever come back". I never called anyone anything and that lady really was stressed out accusing us of "abuse". Really. That's a stretch to say that someone was abused when I remarked to her her attitude was bad. I felt sorry for her but she has no right to treat anyone the way she treated us. Never in my 50 years have I ever seen such bad service. We just drove to have a laid back weekend and wow these people need to relax. This lady needs to be re-trained and the dude or chef who came to give me a free burger (yeah, do you really think we will eat a burger you probably spat at?). Will never be back, even if they hadn't told us to. We paid our bill and left but this place needs some soul searching to do.
