Recently, my partner and I dined at a charming Lake Chelan restaurant for a pre-Valentine's dinner. The Braised Short Rib I ordered was delicious and generously portioned, leaving me with leftovers to enjoy later. Luke opted for the King Salmon with a side of hearty clam chowder, accompanied by refreshing cocktails like the "Not So Old Cuban" and a crisp white wine. The atmosphere was relaxed, with attentive service from Gloria, and we look forward to returning on our next visit to Chelan.
