While hiking Mt. Hex early one morning, I passed through Roslyn and discovered Roslyn Brewing, where I enjoyed an unexpectedly flavorful Brookside Pale Lager alongside the best pastrami sandwich at the Red Bird Cafe. The brewery's cozy indoor bar and spacious outdoor seating offered a welcoming atmosphere with a great selection of beers, including a smooth Red Lager and a full-flavored Bullfrog IPA, making it a refreshing stop on my Pacific Northwest adventure.
