The Wenatchee area offers a variety of excellent cideries, and Snowdrift Cider stands out with its impressive offerings. Steve and I enjoyed the Cornice cider, which showcased a delicate balance of tart apple flavor and sweetness, reminiscent of fine wine. The owner provided insightful information about the cider-making process, making our visit informative and enjoyable, and we left with nine bottles to savor at home.
