At the NW Washington Fair in Lynden, I was thrilled to discover a local food vendor offering a refreshing alternative to the usual deep-fried fare. I savored an incredibly delicious Reuben Combo plate that featured a juicy sandwich paired with beer-battered mushroom fritters, making it hands down the best meal I've enjoyed at the Fair in years.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover a local food vendor at the NW Washington Fair in Lynden in mid-August, offering a healthier alternative to the usual deep-fried fair food. I savored a Reuben Combo plate, a delectable sandwich paired with mushroom fritters, making it the best fair meal in years. I'm eager to track down the Feast food truck again, perhaps at special events or through their social media presence, as I crave another taste of their delicious offerings.
