ordered pancakes, omelet and hashbrowns the browns were soggy and not browned, basically half cooked soggy and cold potatoes, when the order was delivered the pancakes were the size of the palm of my hand. Absolutely the smallest pancakes i have ever seen, as i opened the package i was extremely unhappy to find no butter or syrup. i suspect when ordering in the restaurant you are served with both so i called in and spoke with a lady who insisted she put it in the bag and attempted to blame the delivery driver for removing the syrup and butter. the bag was tied in a double knot at the restaurant by the employee. she then told me she would call me back in a few minutes. its been 6 hours and still no response. who the heck eats miniature dry pancakes without syrup or butter, CMON MAN!!!!! if i would have gotten an apology instead of lied to i would not be writing this review however the customer experience was crap and lying to customers is never ok
