We have purchased a hog from Stacy’s Meats for the past 3 years and it is always the best pork ever! We live north of seattle and drive to Ephrata to pick up our meat each year because they are just the best! The meat is always cut how we have asked and perfectly trimmed! Their bacon and hams are out of this world!! Butchering is such a skill and it is so hard to find folks who take pride in their work these days. We look forward to ordering a hog again this year!
