Many prefer the dumplings over the pot stickers because they are boiled rather than pan fried and thus less greasy. Dumplings have a wet noodly texture and they slide right down. It is difficult to eat enough! Dumplings should be eaten as freshly as possible so you should eat them immediately as soon as you receive your order. If the dumplings are allowed to cool they stick together and the microwave is not good for their texture. You can however pan fry leftover dumplings in a little oil to turn them into delicious pot stickers! Dumplings are usually filled with pork, onion, freshly chopped ginger, some kind of green vegetable, and a little salt and cinnamon. The recipe adjusts throughout the week.
