Papa's in Monroe exudes a warm, family-run atmosphere with attentive bartenders like Tammy who make every visit feel personal, complemented by classic bar features such as pool tables, dart boards, and a TouchTunes jukebox. Though no food is served on-site, the inviting beer garden, cool AC, solid craft beer selection, and community-driven dart and pool leagues create a comforting retreat for locals and travelers along Highway 2.
