Living up to its motto “A Stationary Float in the Parade of Life,†our homestyle diner is located in an old-fashioned mom-and-pop neighborhood corner store that has served as the community hub of Bellingham’s York neighborhood since 1895. Our reasonably-priced breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are full of your favorite American comfort foods from pancakes, waffles, omelettes and scrambles to burgers, sandwiches, soups and salads. Beer and cider are on tap, with wine and cans available to enjoy on or off premises. In addition to a wide variety of beverages, our small grocery offers ice cream, snacks and breakfast burritos to go, as well as essential sundries. Just one block off Lakeway Drive in the York neighborhood, our historic location is convenient to downtown Bellingham and I-5 travelers.

I finally tried Chicken and Waffles here and loved it, plus the corned beef hash was the real deal-so good we came back a few days later. The homemade soups, burgers, and fries are fantastic, and the service is friendly and attentive, making it easy to linger and enjoy the chill, college-town vibe. It's a cozy spot with plenty of character, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back.
