We stayed in Leavenworth in December 2012. During our week's stay, we ate at the Big Easy twice and attempted to go there another time but it was closed. The food is amazing, the chef is extremely talented! One of the guys with us is from Louisiana and he thoroughly enjoyed the food! Fair warning though, dining at the Big Easy is not merely about food, but experience. Expect to have time to lounge and hang out...it isn't supposed to be fast food. We had an amazing experience!
