QUE BUENO! Pizza and Mexican food are two of mine and my husbands favorite foods. Unfortunately, both usually taste like they were made by someone who never actually tasted either, but just saw it on TV and tried to recreate it. Not so at La Terraza. This tiny little jewel in Marysville, WA is quite the opposite. I felt like I was sitting at my mother's table. I had the posole. The hominy they use was huge, and it had the lovely little cracks in the husk that mark it as bought fresh and cooked right there. The broth was not quite as good as my mother's, but if hers was 100 out of 100, La Terraza's was at least 93 out of 100. I'll definitely buy it again. My husband had the bacon wrapped shrimp (Camarones con Tocino). The shrimp were large and succulent and they did not scrimp on the portions. We were so impressed we bought 10 tacos to go for dinner and they were equally delicious. And at just 1.25 per taco it was the price of Taco Bell, but sooooo much better! I wish I had more hands because just two thumbs up is not enough for this wonderful little place.

If you like real deal Mexican food it doesn't get any better than this! Food is served up fast hot and delicious. Do your self a favor. Enjoy!
