The Co-op offers a variety of lunch options throughout the week, including gluten-free selections like Cajun red beans and rice and curry dishes, as well as Italian, Mexican, and Asian cuisine. I enjoy their chilled gazpacho in the summer, delicious quiche, and flavorful Asian soups. Additionally, the Co-op provides to-go containers and prepackaged food items for those looking to dine elsewhere or prepare for a picnic, with bakery goods made fresh daily, including their tasty olive bread, and a selection of specialty cheeses and imported olives available for purchase. Seating is limited, with a few tables located near the self-serve food area and at the back of the store, and while understanding the self-service system may require a moment, the staff is friendly and ready to assist. It's advisable to inquire about the freshness of pastries, as they are not labeled with baking dates.
