I stopped by this cozy spot in downtown Snohomish before heading to a pumpkin and apple farm, craving something fresh and satisfying. The BST sandwich with soy bacon was surprisingly delicious, and the homemade hummus paired with organic blue corn tortilla chips made the meal feel wholesome and comforting. The relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and variety of healthy options-from fresh-pressed juices like the Ginger Zinger to a great salad bar-made it a refreshing and enjoyable lunch experience.
