Grilled wild salmon cooked medium rare paired with a flavorful mix of fava and northern white beans alongside baby broccoli made my dinners this month absolutely perfect, especially with superb service for our large group. Splitting the rich prime rib hash with its mild spicy kick and enjoying thick French toast topped with fresh berries and whipped cream created a brunch experience that hit all the right notes in a cozy lodge-like setting overlooking shimmering golf course greens and a crackling fireplace. With friendly staff, generous cocktails, and a menu spiced up by a talented new chef focusing on local, seasonal ingredients, every visit feels like a deliciously relaxing escape-complete with views, great drinks, and food that keeps me coming back for more.
