We love Arby's but we have gotten bits and parts of our order on 3 occasions. The 1st time the manager want friendly about it. The 2nd time we didnt bother even calling them. The 3rd time they returned our money.

I had the worst experience the last week of July me and my co workers had a meeting and we were starving and this employee .britney she was so rude like disgustingly rude she had no customer service ettiqutte and wouldn't fix my order or give me ice for my drink. plus she was hanging on to another employee like they were dating it was disgusting to see that happening behind the counter where my food was being made. and made Wrong .I wanted my money back because it was a disaster and this employee britney just laughed and said oh maybe next time and that she was getting off the clock
